[legalxml-intercept] revised project list

Hi all,

Many thanks for participating in the first LI-XML
teleconference today.  It seemed not only quite
useful, but an effective means of international
cooperation.

The suggestions regarding additional or clarified
project descriptions are included in the revised
attachment.

As we discussed, it would be greatly appreciated
if each of you could annotate these projects with
your views as to importance and immediacy, and
privately send the information to me.

I'll compile responses into a new revision that
will constitute the consensus on deliverables in
the LI-XML charter.
