GSC contribution and matrix

Hi all,

The following contribution - prominently mentioning
OASIS - was tabled for Global Standards Collaboration
conference next week in Ottawa.  The GSC is the
metagathering of all the mainline telecom standards
organizations every 18 months.  Lawful Access and
Lawful Interception are included two places in the
agenda.
