AGENDA:

To discuss the use 
of a version of Dublin Core as a standard for legislative documents. There have been some new ideas regarding discovery and 
catagories for meta tags in DC.

Also, there will be a survey of what various 
legislative bodies are doing in XML. All information will be posted to the TC
