Hello friends,

I am going to be in (or in the air nearly in) Newfoundland during our
next call.  Please accept my apologies for having to miss it.  There
is a slight chance I'll be able to sign on for a couple of minutes in
the event a vote is needed and I'll endeavor to do so.  If anyone
needs to know anything from me in advance (including with respect to
eContracts, Transcripts or ODR groups) please let me know and I'll
send something written along in my absence.  Incidentally, I'll be
meeting with Daniel Bennett next week and we're planning to discuss
LegTC/COAX (among other matters) - please e-mail me any plans or
aspirations that come out of the next meeting and I'll use that as my
marching orders.
