Don prevailed 
upon me to withdraw my friendly amendment in the interests of getting this to 
Board. It was not feasible to do another round of 
approvals. 

 

 Since 
my intent was only to clarify the matter, consider my efforts to be internal to 
the group to make sure we all agree about the who is a member and what their 
voting rights are.  

 

If we are all 
in agreement on the principle of one vote per person, whether they are an 
individual member or an employee of a org member, then the language is 
adequate. 

 

 If 
there is any further question or concern, well, it's forever hold your 
peace....
