[legalxml-sc] Kavi training

MS steering committees:  I've sent out this announcement to the TC chairs, so some of you have  already seen it, but I've been reminded that I should let the member  sections know about it also.  Under the Kavi system I'll set up each of the SCs as a pseudo-TC; this  will give you the scheduling, balloting, mail list, and action item  functionality.  It would be good if someone from the SC (preferably the chair) could  attend the next training session on Wednesday.  The MS home page will remain as a static HTML page in it's current  location, and you'll continue to use ftp or the OASIS webmaster to  maintain this info; only the SC and TC stuff will move to Kavi.  -Karl
