Hi Don,

Thanks for tracking this down.  Do you happen to know what happened as
of the May 28th and after?  Is there anything any of the rest of us
can do to facilitate?

I'm concerned that the URL legalxml.org continues not to work.  I
appreciate that Francis Fuca is trying to get the ownership
transferred, but I wonder if it turns out to be an elongated deal,
then perhaps in the meantime they can simply get a redirect or other
fix to get our web traffic flowing again?
