Don – Do you have any idea why fifteen persons
suddenly joined the Legal XML Member Section?  Some of them seem to be from the
publishing industry.  They are certainly welcome.  I will send them each a
welcoming email.  But I find it curious that there is such a sudden interest. 
Are we doing something really important that I am not aware of?
