Attached are the following files for your review.

1. LegalXML FY03 Fin & Qtr.xls  -  LegalXML MS Financial statements for
FY03-Q4
Please review this data to verify the funds earned and spent in Q4 and
FY-2003.

2. MemberSection-Expenditures-040311.doc	- MS Discretionary Funds
Guidelines
Please read this to understand the base services that are provided by OASIS
staff and review the guidelines for suggestions on allowable ways to spend
your discretionary funds.  Returning funds to the OASIS general fund to be
used for the benefit of all OASIS members is allowable also.

3. Fy04 Budgets-LegalXML.xls	-	Estimate of funds available to spend
by quarter in 2004
This contains an estimate of funds available to be spent in 2004. It is
based on the scheduled income from member dues already paid and an estimate
for available funds based on 100% renewal of existing members throughout
2004.  Please use this spreadsheet to create a detailed list of activities
and the amount of funds that you expect to use in 2004.  Please return this
spreadsheet within one month with your best estimate of how you expect to
disburse funds by quarter and for what projects.

4. OASIS MS policy-draft-040217a 	-  Draft of OASIS Board Policy
governing member sections
This is a draft of a new policy that has been reviewed by the OASIS Board of
Directors.  Before the Board finalizes this policy they have requested that
each member section steering committee review it and provide any comments
back to the President, who will summarize and submit to the Board.  If you
can send any comments back by April 26th, I will include them in discussions
with the Board on April 28th.

I trust that you find this information helpful in managing the CGM Open
Member Section.
