Hi all,
I think I have a solution.
We’ve moved the AGM to 5-6pm, reception 6-8pm. (final
answer) sorry for the juggling schedules, there are many aspects to the
scheduling that are pretty fluid.
I think its critical you are at the AGM, very important you
are at some of the Reception (where the real one-on-one dialogue takes place).
Seems like you can feel free to begin your “extracurricular”
activities after 7. FWIW, the reception menu is fairly good—much more
than the usual cheese and crackers. We hope this will allow folks to
stay a while without running out early to a real meal.
