FYI

Only two people attended the first meeting of the LegalXML SDHI TC, and 
today at the second meeting there were no others. Given that there are 
only two members of the TC, I don't see any prospect of additional 
members in the very near future, and the OASIS TC Process requires that 
a TC have at least three members, I am closing this TC.

At the meeting this morning, Tony Rutkowski, Robin Gape, and I discussed 
what "Plan B" might look like. It is likely that this work could be 
pursued elsewhere with a more specialized audience; I suggested that at 
the very least the activity elsewhere should maintain some sort of 
liaison or other relationship with OASIS, both through the LegalXML 
member section (perhaps Court Filing) and the e-Gov TC.
