I wasn't able to attend the meeting today (apologies) but I have one 
suggestion for a change to the minutes.

Under the section "Obtaining Services of a Technical Writer" it says 
"John contacted Karl Best of OASIS to seek names of people, and Karl 
declined to suggest any, saying it is up to us to suggest names."

This might be better stated as "Karl was unable to provide any 
suggestions". I don't really know any contract tech writers that I could 
recommend right now, and especially don't know any with any expertise in 
the LegalXML domain.

I would if I could, but I can't :-)
