I urge all of you to take a look at this draft policy and send your 
comments to the email address listed at the bottom of the announcement. 
The Board has spent a *lot* of time on this over the past couple of 
years, and is concerned about meeting the needs of all of our members. 
They were especially cognizant of the particular needs of the LegalXML 
TCs, i.e. the special RF language present in your charters.

Note that that special charter language will be removed and replaced 
with one of the two RF modes (see the Transition Policy). Please make 
sure that either or both of those RF modes will meet your needs, 
especially as a replacement for the current language.
