For whatever it is worth, I think an invitation to 
join OASIS if she would like to re-activate affiliation with "LegalXML" would be 
in order, but I'd be very loath to pursue any kind of action to prevent her from 
using that title at this time, if she so insists.  At this point in time, I 
doubt it does any real harm, Allison was a good contributor during her period of 
activity, and any action beyond an invitation based on a Board conversation 
would be a bit rude at this point.  However, for the future, it would be a 
good idea to make sure the intellectual property in the trademark "LegalXML" is 
secure (e.g.: have we been regularly using the symbol "TM" after each major 
first use of the title?  Is there a federal application in the works for a 
registered trademark?).  Just some lazy musings from an past participant on 
the board.
