Here is the estimated cost of a two day face to face for the requirements
subcommittee of ECFTC in Seattle(where two of the four members live).� The
members are Jim Cabral, Tom Clarke, Dallas Powell, and John Ruegg.



Airfare at $500 x 2 tickets (Dallas, John) = $1000

Hotels at $175 per night x 2 X 2 (Dallas, John) = $700

Miscellaneous expenses for all of us (mileage, taxis, meals, etc.) = $500



Total for a two day face-to-face = $2200.



I ask that the Steering Committee approve this request by email so that the
planning can move forward expeditiously.



At the request of any member I will create a formal ballot or convene a
conference call.
