     Confirming our conversation at today's meeting, I understand that John 
Greacen will shortly send to our CEO Patrick Gannon the packages you have 
on the three candidates who the StC has identified as meriting interviews 
for the open consultant contract.  John also offered to draft and run by 
Patrick form letters to respond both to the advanced and declined candidates.
