Dan – This is the second quarter in which your TC has
failed to submit an activity report.  The Member Section’s quarterly
report notes that, despite numerous requests, your TC did not provide us with
the information requested.

 

I am placing this issue on the agenda of the Member Section
Steering Committee conference call on November 10th.  It would
be helpful if you and Dave Marvit would be prepared
to explain how the Contracts TC plans to provide timely information reports in
the future.
