I take full responsibility for creating the confusion in the
meeting.  I should have noticed the meeting for the new time.  Please
accept my apologies.  

 

I am drafting comments for us on the new TC policy –
which are due today.  I will email them to you within the next hour and a
half.  If enough of you have a chance to review them and approve, I will
send them as comments of the Member Section Steering Committee.  If not, I
will send them as my own comments.

 

I will put together a summary of the informal discussions that
took place on the early meeting and post them before tomorrow.  We can
arrange another call if a majority so request.
