I concur with your comments.  The only revision I 
would suggest is to remove the reference to a "difficult TC member" and 
emphasize that the real problem is with the OASIS requirements not being 
flexible enough to accommodate the collaborative needs of the 
TC.

I attach my draft comments on the TC 
Process.  I welcome comments and editing.  I must submit the comments 
sometime before midnight 
today.  In the circumstances, I believe that I should leave them as my 
personal comments because it will not be possible for all Steering Committee 
members to review and comment on them.  Support from a majority does not 
seem to me to be sufficient in this instance.
