At the early version of our meeting today, John
 Messing, Don Bergeron and I discussed the draft membership
agreement with Jamie and Patrick.  I have attempted to capture the gist of
that discussion in the attached proposed comments for the Member Section. 


 

We have a little lead time to digest, revise and refine this
statement.  It is due on Monday, November 15th.

 

Please provide your input to me.  Thanks for your
patience in dealing with more than sufficient messages from me today.
