Sorry. I guess that I was not clear. My point is simply that the $1000, 
though of course to be used for actual expenses, seemed somewhat 
arbitrary. Why not $1200, or $900? I just think that the formation of 
some guidelines (as Roger has offered to propose) is very much in order.
