Attached is a copy of the consulting agreement between OASIS and eCorridor
for the services of Eric Tingom to support the Electronic Court Filing TC
work.

As we discussed, Eric should send his monthly report and invoice to Tom
Clark for review and then once he approves, Tom will forward the invoice to
Barbara Erbes, indicating his approval.  Barbara will prepare the payment
for my approval and issuing of payment.

You should also request Tom Clark to forward the status report to you to
distribute to the MS SC.

Please let me know if there is anything else you need on this matter.
