I am not opposed to the meeting going forward without my or John's being on the call -- we need five to have a quorum and conduct business officially. However, John Messing's point is well taken. Nevertheless, rescheduling a group of 8 people, as you know, can be daunting.
So...I pose these questions--please respond to the group when you can:
1) Do you prefer to go ahead with the Steering Committee conference call, as scheduled?
2) If the meeting were postponed one week, to Wednesday, January 19, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (11:00 a.m. Pacific time), would you be able to participate in it?
(I would be available to participate on January 19.)
