Attached is your reimbursement policy with a few
modifications regarding the timing of payment. We just need to clarify that
payments are not issued immediately upon receipt of the authorization and
receipts, but are processed with all other A/P items, which occurs approximately
twice per month.

I attach the strategic plan redraft
that I promised to prepare in Las Vegas.
I also attach a proposed revision of
Roger’s reimbursement policy. I am uncomfortable with the language that
seems to suggest that we will reimburse attendance at TC meetings when a TC
member cannot obtain funding from his or her organization to
attend.
