I think it's great you can make these available at that conference. 

While you can, no doubt, figure out the folding, I've found that it works well to fold the "History" panel over so its edge is up against the right side of the OASIS logo symbol (between "OASIS" and "LegalXML"). Of course, your mileage may vary based on the printer used.
