I ask that all members of the Steering Committee join in a
call on Wednesday of this week at 1:00 pm Eastern, 10:00 am
Pacific.



The topics for discussion will be:



Approving a contract with MTG to
complete the ECF 3.0 specification, schemas and other
artifacts



Discussing our Member Section IP
policy.  My
earlier proposal to amend our ROP was
not approved.



The conference call number will be 1-605-528-8855 and the
access code for the meeting will be 2892164.



I will post a proposed contract and a revised budget
reflecting the additional expense no later than Tuesday.



I hope that all Steering Committee members will be able to
participate in this call.
