Congratulations to Don Bergeron and  upon their election to at large seats on the Steering
Committee.



I failed to schedule a Steering Committee earlier this month
on our regular meeting date.  Does anyone
see a reason to hold a call prior to our next scheduled call which falls on January
11, 2006 at 1:00 pm Eastern?  Rolly –
Do you have anything to report on the committee set up to consider new policies
for Member Section finances?



One of our first tasks in January will be elect officers for
the coming year.  This is my last
year of eligibility to serve as an at-large member of the Steering Committee.  I suggest that we make the transition to
a new chair this year so that I can be helpful in the new chair’s “learning
the ropes.”  I therefore suggest
that the committee consider other persons who might be willing to assume the
position of chair.
