Having received no objection, please be advised that the next meeting
presently scheduled for May 10, 2006 is cancelled and rescheduled to
Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Pacific).
By this email I am also requesting our Secretary, Mr. Roger Winters, to
reschedule the conference call and provide notification to the members
about the call-in number and time when the change has been effectuated.
