Please note:

The items listed by Patrick Gannon will be considered as new business to
be considered at the beginning of the call, given his limited time
availability.

Roger also has one item to add which is anticipated attendance at the
Las Vegas face to face. Unless there is objection, it will be dealt
with towards the end of the call.

Please note that the originally noticed time as expressed in Eastern
Daylight Time was incorrect and that we will be meeting at 1 PM ET, not
2 PM as originally noticed (this was subsequently corrected by Roger).
