Las Vegas Restaurants

John asked me to look into restaurants for our dinner meeting in Las Vegas on December 13, 2006.  The following restaurants on or near the strip take online reservations and can accommodate a party of 6-8 around 6 PM.

Does anyone have a strong preference against Chinese or seafood?  If not, I suggest either Chinois or McCormick & Schmick's based on Fodor's ratings.  But I'm open to any of these.
