Based on earlier work with OASIS to clarify eligibility, I assumed that
the list indicates voting members based on the criteria identified at
the time: the member company (or individual) must have designated
LegalXML for a share of its dues (designated at the most recent
opportunity, which is when the member organization first joined OASIS or
made a membership renewal payment) AND the individual associated with
that member must be a member of one of the TCs in the LegalXML Member
Section. It appeared to me, by looking at the record for people of whom
I have personal knowledge, that these criteria were applied to the
Member Section roster. I did not undertake an individual by individual
review - that could be done, although it would delay the balloting for
an undetermined amount of time.
