I firmly believe that a number are TC members, inluding PRIA, MISMO and
Pa Association of Notaries but were not included to my recollection on
the list of eligible voters, which if the 13 identified paid up members
all fell within that group would effectively and unjustifiably
disenfranchise a substantial percentage of those entitled to vote. I
don't think we can hold an election until such uncertainty about the
voter pool and its participation is cleared up.
As I understand it from Dee, the disenfranchisement, if there was any,
stems from the fact that she took her list from those members who
clicked the appropriate Member Section choice in KAVI when they
re-upped, but did not include those who paid without clicking. I think
our rules enfranchise members who pay, regardless of what they may have
clicked.
I think we are on the road to clearing it up. Many thanks to Dee for
