I was not able to access the current ballot yesterday a second time so I
assumed it had already been made inaccessible. If not, I think it should
be done right away.

I think we should allow Dee ample time to compile the list before
setting new dates and issuing the notice to the MS.

One silver lining out of all of this is that Dee's communications
yesterday with folks who had not yet allocated their membership fees to
LegalXML despite OASIS' understanding of their probable intentions may
lead to some increases in the available 2007 budgetary funds.
