LegalXML budgeted expense items for 2006

Gentlemen:

At our SC face-to-face meeting in Las Vegas, we learned the following:

1. With regard to the eContracts TC work, it is likely to be adopted by
the TC by vote to be opened on December 21 followed by an invoice
recommended for payment in full from Dan Greenwood to me for the full
amount of the budgeted work. A spreadsheet from Cathie Mayo indicated
$1500 had already been paid but this seems to be incorrect and I
believe no amount has been paid or should be paid pending an acceptance
recommendation from the TC chair to me. Please advise if you have any
further information or clarification.

2. With regard to EFTC, approximately $2500 of the $8000 that was
approved for 2006 has been spent to date on interoperability support
from MTG and there is an approved request to the SC, subject to review
by OASIS, to shift the remainder immediately of the approximately
$5,500 to errata and other fixes to the standard, to be released in
January 2007, which have been identified through interoperability
testing and implementers, and are necessary to continue the
interoperatibility work. Unless there is objection, I anticipate an
invoice from MTG to OASIS by year-end invoicing this closely related
work. Please let me know if there is an objection to paying it from the
approved expense funds for the EFTC at the earliest possible time,
failing which we will proceed as outlined.

3. We noticed that the National Notary Association was not listed as a
LegalXML member contributing to the Member Section. Can you confirm if
this is accurate?
