Reconciling lists previously supplied

Hi Dee and Cathie:

Thank you for the help on the voting lists.

In reconciling the list of paid members from Cathie with the voting list
from Dee, I note the following voting members do not appear to have paid
their dues to LegalXML per Cathie's memo. This is disconcerting because
it suggests that perhaps OASIS has not credited funds to the LegalXML
Member Section that the records indicate should have been credited. The
following institutional members are included:

EdiEyes
New York State Office of Court Administration DoT
Thales eSecurity
Thomson Corporation

The following individuals fall into the same category:

Chester Ensign
Steffen Frederiks

In addition, one paid member from Cathie's lists does not appear to have
been included for voting purposes:

Tata Consultancy Services , IN

Is it possible to reconcile the lists with explanation and adjustments
in favor of LegalXML for funds that hay have been inadvertently omitted
from the revennue and budgetary figures? Should Tata be included on the
list of eligible voters?
