Please inform the OASIS LegalXML eContracts TC that the following resolution
was approved today by the OASIS Board.

"RESOLUTION 2007-03-26-03, RESOLVED; The effective date for the completion
of TC IPR Mode transition of the IPR Transition Policy is changed from 15
April 2007 to 31 May 2007, for LegalXML eContracts TC."
