In order to double check our budgetary estimates I asked Cathie Mayo to
run a projection to year end of our funds. She reports: "I have
estimated a carry forward balance of $13,800 and Fy07 Recognized
Revenues of $37,906, for a total spending plan of $51,706."
This is very close to our own estimates of $50,000. We bugeted 10k for
reserves, 5k of which becomes available for consulting in the second
half of 2007 if not needed for its original reserve purpose prior to
that time. We also have an outstanding invoice of $7,500 for eContracts
consulting, which is complicated by uncertainty about whether an earlier
invoice was paid in the amount of $1500 after I declined to approve it
per agreed procedure with OASIS, which if paid would push the
eContracts over the total $8000 which was approved by the SC last year,
by approximately $1,000.
Last year we also approved $8000 for EFTC's consulting, and made an
additional payment of approximately $5,342 at or near year end. Was the
$8000 paid and if so what did it cover?
