Folks:

This morning is the second time in a row that we 
have failed to muster a
quorum for the SC meeting. We cannot continue to 
conduct business in
this manner and achieve any goals. Today Jim Cabral and I 
were the only
ones to attend. I request that every other member make it a 
point to
attend the next meetings, without exception. Our numbers are reduced 
by
the closure of econtracts, the uncertain status of Roger 
Winters'
membership, and the fact that Jim Cabral is covering for both 
IntJust
and his at-large position.

We do have unfinished business. We 
need your help.
