I am the rep from the IJ TC. However, because we were not sure
that the IJ TC would continue, I was separately elected as an at large member.

As I look at the roster for the SC and compare it to our new RoP,
I’ve got a few questions and observations. We currently have 6 active SC
members on the Kavi roster (Rolly, Jim, John, Tom, Mark and Roger) and we need
an odd number. Tom Clarke will be stepping down from his ECF TC position. But I
thought Roger was representing ECF and Tom was At-Large? The LegalXML SC is
composed of three types of members:
I. Our RoP
states that we need one representative from each TC (we have 3 active TCs) that
will be selected by the TC to sit on the SC:
ECF – ?
eNotary – ?
IntJustice – ?
Who represents each TC?
II. One rep
from ABA:
John Messing or Rolly?
III. Then At -
Large positions to be set by the SC that equals an uneven number. But we had 3
at-large positions last election (Jim, Tom and Mark).
We need to fix our TC
representatives first.
