I have been in contact with Monica and the
Stanford event will occur on 9 November. I suggested that I can attend this
event if the StC is willing to cover my hotel for 2 or 3 nights plus meals
– I will be out in California
for a security conference the week before (so my airfare is covered) and I
could stay over the weekend and attend the Legal XML event on Tuesday. I would
think that 500 USD would cover any costs for extending my stay. I need to set
my flights so if we could set a ballot quickly, that would be terrific!

I'm out of town this week, but I think our next SC meeting would
normally be scheduled for Wednesday of next week, October 20th.
I don't personally have any new business for the group, is there any
new business from others, or action items to follow up on regarding the Stanford
event? Do we need to meet, or can we start some email communication about
Stanford event if there is any questions?
