Dear colleagues,
please find enclosed the draft version of the LegalRuleML manifesto that I would like to submit to the LegalXML SC attention.  I don't know if it is convenient to present it tomorrow, if you think yes, please put the item in the agenda.  Several detailes are still missing: memberships of RuleML.org, how to create the TC, how to manage the IPR with RuleML org.  Nevertheless all the proponents are really enthusiastics.
