2012 Spending Plan

Greetings legalxmlers,  We are closing in on our budget for 2012.  Previous discussion about the Board unfreezing your budget lead to the need for a spending plan.  That need still exists, and if we are looking at the 2012 budget cycle, I need your first draft spending plan by 7 November.  The spending plan should identify specific services, costs, etc.  We do not have a mechanism to allocate funding to "support".  Planning services in 2012 now assures their inclusion in the budget planning and approval now.
Services identified later, can be approved then, pending available funds.  Thanks,  Scott...
