RE: LegalDocumentML in Washington DC

Monica and Dee,  To me, this sounds like an excellent outreach opportunity and a  good use of Member Section funds. I will add it to the agenda for our SC meeting on February 8.  As of November, our preliminary budget for 2012 included $1,449 in unallocated funds.  That amount has likely changed somewhat but there should be some funds available.
Dee, can you give us an update on available Member Section funds?  Monica, please provide a maximum cost to be reimbursed by LegalXML and what that will cover (flight, hotel, meals, ground transportation, etc.).  Once the SC approves this expense at the meeting next week, will that give you enough time to make the necessary reservations?
