Rules of Procedure changes coming for the Member Section Policy change

Attached is a draft revised ROP document reflecting the changes made necessary by the newly updated Member Section Policy.  Please review and vote your approval at the next SC meeting.  Also, you have the option to continue or remove the requirement of an odd number of seats.  This requirement was removed from the MS Policy.
