  Robin,



  As the ECF TC representative to the LegalXML Steering Committee, I ask Robert O’Brien to submit this request for consideration at the next Steering Committee on September 12.



  However,  I should inform you that all of the LegalXML Member Section funds for 2012 have been allocated.   Unless something changes with existing allocations,  the Member Section
  will not be able to fund anything else this year.

  Jim and Jim,

 At this time neither the State of Missouri nor the National Center for State Courts has funding available to enable me to attend the December ECF TC meeting in conjunction with the eCourts conference in Las Vegas.

 Estimated expenses are:

 Per Diem $426

 Air Travel $500

 eCourts registration $499

 Hotel  $650

 Parking and Taxi $150

 Totalling $2,225

  If including eCourts is not supportable, reductions in registration, hotel, per diem, and parking will reduce the total requested to $1,146.
