The LegalXML Steering Committee met yesterday to define a budget for 2013.  Between the 3 active TCs in the Member Section, we had more requests for funding  than we have funds available so we had to make some difficult decisions.  We discussed the possibility of reserving some funds for Universal Citation but ultimately decided to allocate all funds to existing TCs.  Assuming, that Universal Citation is launched  in 2013  and requires Member Section funds, we can consider an allocation in the 2014 budget.

I'm not familiar enough with the MS budget approaches or with how the TC might work to offer a suggestion at this point. Might not be a bad idea as I think that is what's being done for LegalRule & LegalDoc yes?
