Modifications in the budget and new request

Dear colleagues,
I would like to propose some modifications in the last FY 2014 LegalXML
Member Section 10/16/2014 sent by Cathie Mayo at 20 Oct 2014:
- Event: LEX2014 Summer School Sept2014 2 Students $ 500 - it was
converted in "LegalDocML F2F Meeting Support - Ravenna $ 500"
For this reason we could delete this issue.
- Event: LegalRuleML: Jurix201X Sponsorship. I would like to ask 500$
for supporting the best doctoral paper and also for supporting coffee
break. Some of papers are potentially connected with LegalRuleML.
I am proposing also a new sponsorship for the event RuleML2015:  http://www.csw.inf.fu-berlin.de/ruleml2015/
where we usually have a tutorial of LegalRuleML and also the F2F meeting
of the LegalRuleML TC. I would like to ask 500$ of sponsorship.
