Aug15 MS LegalXML Spending Plan

Dear Steering Committee,
Attached please find your updated spending plan through August 2015.  Please take a moment to review the Forecast Sept-Dec
column for expenses that are expected to be incurred by the end of the year.  Please provide me with an update on the status
of these expense, if they will be incurred before the end of the year,  if they are expected to carry into the following year, or if there are any changes to the spending plan for the remainder of this year.  This will help to lay the basis for the 2016 Spending Plan.
