Sept15 MS LegalXML Spending Plan

Dear Steering Committee,
Attached please find your updated spending plan through September 2015 .   After reviewing the minutes,  I have included the projected expenses for: LegalRuleML for $3,000 the balance on Tara Athan's contract.  ECF TC  for the F2F of $296.50 and Bedeworks of $1,900.   LegalDocML for $4,000 for the work to be completed by Grant & Veronique.
I am not anticipating any spending by LegalCite this year, is that correct?
I have estimated approx $10,600 in funds available for 2016, so you can begin discussions on
how to best utilize these funds to meet your objectives for next year.  If you could have a  preliminary spending plan by Nov 15th, I can incorporate it into the OASIS Preliminary Budget.
