MS LegalXML: Dec15 Yr End Spending Report

Dear Steering Committee,
Attached  please find the draft Dec15 Spending Plan. The auditors are  scheduled to come in  in a few weeks to begin the audit.  I believe I have captured all the transactions for the year, so  I do not  anticipate any changes to the report attached.  If there are any changes, I will forward a final report.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
